If there's an older APK file of some app which has update in the App Store, App Store will display "Install" when there's an update. The installation fails because update wasn't in fact downloaded.
So in example we have v1.01 apk which was downloaded a week ago and v1.02 update is available.
Unless we delete v1.01 installation file we won't be able to download v1.02 update.
