Hello DUDU Support Team,
I have an issue with the factory 360° camera activation after updating to DUDUOS 3.8 Beta.
My setup:
- Car: Honda Stepwgn RP6, 2026
- Head unit: DUDU7, 13", 8GB+128GB
- Firmware: DUDUOS 3.8 Beta 260930
- CANBUS: Raise G-RZ-HD56
- OEM 360° decoder: Raise G-RZ-HD56D
- Camera system: Original Honda Multi-View 360°
The problem:
On DUDUOS 3.7, pressing the original Honda VIEW button opened the factory 360° camera from the home screen.
After updating to DUDUOS 3.8 Beta, this no longer works.
Current behavior:
- When I shift into Reverse, the original 360° camera displays correctly, including its touchscreen controls.
- When the Dashcam app is open, the physical Honda VIEW button works.
- However, pressing VIEW from the DUDU home screen does nothing. The camera does not open.
I have checked the 360° settings in Vehicle Information, but I cannot find an option that restores this functionality.
Could you please check whether this is a known issue in DUDUOS 3.8 Beta?
Is there a setting I need to change, or can you provide an update that restores the factory VIEW button functionality?
I would prefer to keep DUDUOS 3.8 because music track information is now displayed correctly on the original instrument cluster.
Thank you for your help!
