Dudu7 issues can't resolve

I've been using the DUDU7 on a 2009 Cayenne. I can't seem to find a fix for:

I cannot find a wire that will turn on the amplifiers. I have used the blue one labeled "amp cont" but it does not work. What is the wire to use for remote turn on for amplifiers? Also couldn't find a software option. To turn this wire on/off.
It came with a CAN BUS accessory but it does not say anywhere what brand it is. The DUDU7 OS has options to select the CAN BUS but I don't know the make of it. It's just a black plastic box.

That path doesn't exist in the menu. Will post photos of my menu but forum doesn't allow large photos. Will have to compress them first
Yes, working on that as well. They asked for a picture but the box has no brand on it. So they don't know what they shipped.
