Too soon.
Less then 2 hours passed and unit started from zero, not from sleep mode.
So unfortunately is not working :/
Car battery voltage is over 12,6V.
Its wierd. Sometimes after 11h it wakes up from sleep. Sometimes after 2h unit shut down completely.

I also have the problem it just shutdown randomly while I driving.

Mine doesnt shutdown by itself.
It just start from zero when it should start right away with all aps loaded.
But its randomly. Sometimes its when i leave car for 2h, sometimes for 12h.

I also facing same problem, the Dudu7 will restart from the beginning whenever left the car 1 night, i realize this happen when i had insert a simcard for internet purpose, but when i take out the simcard, the Dudu7 sleep like normal even more than 1 day left the car engine off.

I also have Sim card.
Today after night sleep was working OK. Car battery was 12,7-12,8V.
Like I said. It's very random.

Are you using PIP?
Can try disable that.
Also in the telegram, there is an apk can run to set the simcard to LTE.

I'm not using Pip. I'm not using Dudu Launcher at all.
Im using Agama Car Launcher.
And yes I got that Sim app.
I had problem with unit switch to lte. It's working now I think.
I leave car in garage when I have weak signal. So there is 3g all the time.

I don't know yet. After this night it was working. Now I left car for 3h and it's working too.
I'll see tomorrow after night.
It's hard to tell cause it's working randomly.

I am also having same issue on duduauto7 9” 12/256 360. I have set the option to sleep and sometimes it boots up quickly after starting car but today i left the car parked for an hour and when i got back it did a whole reboot. Wondering if anyone found a solution to ghis problem

I have Teyes Lux One. Sleep mode works erratically. When the radio is turned on, the time is reset to 06.03. This is probably a problem with the FYT platform.

dimon713 check if you connected both power wires. If the unit doesn’t get power while the car is off it’ll reset some settings tike time, equalizer etc

Yhs70 It happens randomly. One day it's completely normal. The second day, twice a day. The settings are not reset.

dimon713 this looks like a timezone error. Check settings of unit and android settings if correct time zone is set and turn off auto time zone

Was there a solution to this issue?

I have been using a Wifi Hotspot in the car, but the Wifi in the Dudu7 would not always connect to it so have just installed my SIM card directly to the unit. The data works much better now, but today the system booted from scratch rather than from sleep after being left for approx 5 hours. It had never done this before I installed the SIM card.

As an update to this, I have now switched back to using a WiFi Hotspot rather than have a SIM card connected directly to my DUDU7. Since then it had always woken from sleep perfectly.

Judging by what others have mentioned in this thread and my experience it seems there is a bug that causes the system to randomly fully restart, rather than just wake from sleep, when a SIM card is installed.

What is the date of your MCU version? If possible, please try upgrading the MCU firmware.
