Wired android auto and usb storage not being seen by my dudu 7 radio.

hi, like the topic says,i cannot see anything using the 4 pin usb to see android auto wired and it will not see my fat32 usb storage drive to use with my 360. also looked in the file manager app and it does not see my usb either. i have tried just about everything i can think of but nothing works.

Android Auto can connect wired using any USB port; you can try the 6-pin connector.
Also, does this 4-pin port have power? You can test using a USB device with an indicator light

i have tried all 3. and yes it has power. all of them have power. you guys even sent me new cables to try and still nothing

The line diagram is very clear. Is the problem that your USB does not read data in use or after upgrading the system? DUDU7 also has a type-c interface, which should be usable. You can test it. If available, you can upgrade MCU and software. I will send these files to you via private message.

In addition, you need to check whether the factory setting - password: 108- USB startup setting has checked the carlink. If you have selected it, please cancel it. The wired carplay will monopolize the USB and cause the USB interface to fail to read data.

kblgy You need to be specific and provide more info so that people can give a better answer. Provide videos of what you do and what you have already tried (upload to google drive). Confirm 4 pin cable is pushed all the way in. What about the 6-pin USB? Does that work?

okay udating the software didn't work. i did get to update the MCU but since i do not have use of the usb ports to transfer data, i cannot do it for the local drive. i keep getting error messages saying the file needs to be installed from an external drive.

still none of the usb ports transfer data. the all have power thouigh.
