Mondeo 4 Pre-facelift (2008) + SimpleSoft FD-SS-01A CANBUS V1.13 not working

I need technical help or advice regarding a newly purchased CANBUS adapter for my car and DUDU7 head unit.

My Setup:

Car: Ford Mondeo 4 (Pre-facelift / Pre-styling, Year 2008, Euro-spec, Built in Belgium).
CANBUS Box: SimpleSoft FD-SS-01A / Profile in settings: XP(Simple)-Ford-Mondeo-XP(174).
Current Firmware: V1.13.011BYPT (Pre-installed from the factory, all new adapters ship with this version now).

The Problem & What is happening:

Right now, the adapter does not work properly with the Mondeo 4 profile. The steering wheel buttons do not detect automatically, and no vehicle data (like factory parking sensors or climate control) is displayed on the screen.

However, the CANBUS box is physically alive and the wiring is correct, because some features work under specific conditions:

The reverse gear trigger works perfectly (the rear camera turns on automatically when I shift into reverse).
The steering wheel buttons can be manually mapped through the head unit's button learning app.
If I change the car profile in the factory settings from Mondeo to Ford Focus 2, the climate control data overlay actually shows up on the DUDU7 screen. However, I cannot control the climate from the screen, and the factory parking sensors (parking radar) are completely missing.

What I found out & My Request:

After doing some research on automotive forums, I read that this new V1.13 firmware completely breaks protocol compatibility with older pre-facelift Mondeo 4 models (2007–2010). The manufacturer modified the digital bus ID-codes to optimize it exclusively for the facelifted Mondeo 4 (2011–2014), which uses different BCM modules. According to other owners, the pre-facelift Mondeo strictly requires the previous V1.11 or V1.12 firmware version to function properly.

Since the DUDU online update server only offers V1.13, I cannot downgrade it through the standard menu.

Does anyone have a backup or a download link for the older V1.11 or V1.12 firmware file (usually a .bin file) so I can perform a local USB downgrade?
Or is there any way the DUDU development team can adjust the CANBUS protocol parsing for Mondeo 4 pre-facelift in the next DUDU OS update?

Any help, files, or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

TheTony78 Hello. I noticed that the firmware version of your CANBUS box is V1.13. If you wish to downgrade, you will need to contact the CANBUS box seller or Simple to obtain the necessary files; DUDU only provides the upgrade path.

Hi dudu-lai,Thank you for your reply.I understand that the system is designed to only show the newest upgrade. However, doesn't the DUDU update server keep an archive history of the older firmware files (like V1.11 or V1.12) that were replaced by version 1.13?Since those older working files were previously hosted on your platform, is it possible for the development team to check the cloud server archives and share the V1.11/V1.12 .bin file with me?It would really help solve this compatibility issue for pre-facelift owners without waiting weeks for the manufacturer. TheTony78 The CANBUS box sends its version number, and DUDU displays the version information. However, DUDU cannot retrieve the firmware file from the version number code because the CANBUS box only provides the version number and does not send the firmware file code.
