I have a question,
I drive a T5.2, also called a T5 GP. That's the facelift model from 2011. I'm currently using a Raise Canbus adapter and my steering wheel remote control etc. all works. However, VCDS is showing me an error code because my original radio is no longer present.
Would the Hiworld adapter work exactly the same as the Raise adapter and additionally fix the error in VCDS?
And was the bug fixed at Hiworld where the head unit switches off when I turn off the engine?
With Raise, it works perfectly on the T5, just like the original. Engine and ignition are off, but the head unit stays on until I remove the key. Hiworld should do that too. Has that been fixed?
