Request for Toppal Voice Assistant APK – Duduauto 7

Dear Duduauto Support Team,

I recently purchased a Duduauto 7 head unit and I am very pleased with the product overall. However, I have encountered an issue that I hope you can help me resolve.

Shortly after receiving the unit, I uninstalled the pre-installed Toppal Voice Assistant and replaced it with Google Assistant. Unfortunately, it turned out that Google Assistant is not fully compatible with the hardware and does not function properly on this device.

Actually google assistant is able to do some thing but not that much

Google Assistant can handle anything it's designed to do, but don't expect it to perform tasks beyond its capabilities.

I used the update option and installed Toppal Voice Assist from the update menu. Two applications were added: Toppal Service and Toppal Voice.

The Service app launches, but it shows strange information – ‘inactivated forever’. Pressing the ‘more options’ button does nothing. I also cannot change the language; when I press the language selection button, nothing happens.

Toppal Voice Assist does not start at all – only a black screen appears and nothing else.

I would be grateful for any guidance on what I can do next

Regarding your request to restore the original Toppal Voice Assistant, please note that if the pre-installed assistant was removed from the device, it can often be restored through an update via the OTA app under other updates. This process may re-download and reinstall the original firmware components associated with the voice assistant.

However, in some cases, a manual factory reset might be required to fully activate and properly configure Toppal after reinstallation, as residual data from previous modifications (such as installing Google Assistant) could interfere with its operation. Please proceed with the factory reset only if you have backed up any important data, as this will erase all user content on the device.

YAOXILONG ok as far I understand I need to copy downloaded file "Global_DUDU7870_2602101746_2601261147.7z" on usb drive and then make update as a local update then select file from pendrive and it should install whole firmware with toppal AI robot ? but what about this underline ? It is a little confusing. Thank for your help in advance.
