Hello DuduAuto Team,
I am writing to report a critical audio mixing issue on my Dudu 7 unit.
Current Setup:
• Device: Dudu 7
• Navigation App: iGO Luna (Set as the system default GPS)
• Music/Connectivity App: Carlink 2.0 (using CarPlay)
The Problem:
I am experiencing a severe delay in volume restoration ("audio ducking"). When I am listening to music via Carlink 2.0 and iGO Luna issues a voice command, the system correctly lowers the music volume to mix the sound.
However, after the GPS command finishes, the music volume stays low for nearly a full minute before returning to normal levels.
Troubleshooting Attempted:
I suspected the issue might be the TTS engine keeping the audio channel open, so I switched iGO Luna to a standard "Recorded Voice" (non-TTS). The issue persists. It appears that any sound interruption from the GPS triggers this extreme delay in restoring the music volume.
Is there a specific setting in the DuduOS or a firmware fix that handles this audio focus release time?
Thank you for your help
