After OTA update to 3.7 cant boot device stuck at bootloop how to force instalation from USB without device booting

Extract all files on the USB drive root folder and insert USB to the Unit.
Press the reset button and then the machine will restart.
After the boot animation(DUDUAUTO) appears press the reset button and do this procedure for 3-4 times to automatically enter the forced upgrade process.

I am also experiencing the boot loop issue.

The loops began after an over-the-air (OTA) update.
I created a USB update drive using DUDU7 3.7, maintaining the file system integrity without additional modifications. The boot loops persist.

Hello,

I too am experiencing the continuous boot loop after an OTA update 2 days ago.

I then downloaded the latest update 2602101746 to USB and successfully loaded it to my DUDU7 12-512 however the continuous boot loop continues.

I then downloaded an older update 2512311919 to USB and attempted to load on the unit however it failed to load.

Is there a workaround or should I just factory reset with the latyest firmware?

Instaling from USB solved problem for me it reset all to factory but no bootloop or restarts

P.S.
Before i reinstal it from USB sometimes after 10-15 min of bootlooping it will turn on and work for couple hours and than restart at its own and went into bootloop again for 10-15 min and when it turn on again everything would be reseted to factory

I use 8GB USB stick formated in FAT32 it was looking like this

Thank you for your response and help. I added the factory reset back to the firmware upload. The update said loaded sucessfully however I noticed a couple errors

. My unit is still stuck in a continuously booting loop.

I'm pretty sure my last update was 250905 so I tried to load it but was told the update package is older than the current build. The installation was aborted.

mnewbgc Create a new empty file named lsec-downgrade.
Place it on the USB drive along with the downgrade firmware to perform the downgrade.

BTW this info can be added to firmware flashing instruction!!!

Success with the downgrade to 250905. Boots 1st time and now operates correctly.

Will I be able to upgrade with future firmware updates?

mnewbgc The "Factory reset" folder must be unpacked to the disk to restore factory settings.
This is what it should be on the USB drive.

I wasnt around and i forget to give update after the USB reinstallation i forget to conect SSD and i dint drive car for some time so it was ok but after reconnecting SSD it happened again now i use ordinary USB flash drive and i didnt have any problems with bootloop so at the end It seems it was faulty SSD
