I don't see the DPI adjustments in the settings. Using the lasted OTA version. On a 9.5 inch system. Will this setting improve maps/waze icons being very small or I'm mistaken?

Since update every time the car turns off the unit shuts down then has to load each time i start the car., I am now reversed and half way down the street before its loaded. I have no camera until loaded. In setting it is set to SLEEP, not shut down. Is there a fix for this problem #1?

Also, each time it loads it loads with dudu launcher. I use AGAMA Launcher. Is there a way to sto dudu loading ? It never used to before update.

There are few things that bothers me right now (original DUDU4 9.5 inch):

Trying to OTA update from version 8581_260201 to latest 8581_260210_F0201. It downloads it, than installs it but after the restart it gives "Error" and continues with normal boo, so tnothing changes. It happens over and over again, but OTA still offers to download the update like nothing happened. WTF?
EDIT: I have installed the update manually with flash drive and now it is fixed.
Waze still works very bad in PIP mode - freezings, incomplete loadings and often very laggy operation. Google Maps is working way better.
I will never get tired to underline the importance of making voice/traffic notifications in Navigation (Maps, Waze etc.), as well as notifications' volume level in Android Auto (Carlink 2.0), to be regulated in immersive (real time) manner completely independent from main volume. It is implemented very well for Bluetooth call, so why can't be done the same for AA and Navigation? After all, it is a must have function from secure driving standpoint and thats why OEM car units work exactly this way.
DPI settings of the lower navigation bar is still not optimal (navigation buttons are small, thin and the multimedia plugin lacks backward button) and there are few rolls of the lowest part of the screen that stay unused (black). In AA the picture is with slightly offset proportions and looks a bit "compressed" from sides (buttons are ovals, instead of circles).
The Radio app is still buggy - after cold starting the unit it loads the station (regardless which) but canbus persistently sends 102.40 MHz to car display (Peugeot 308 T7, Hiworld). I have to change the station to start showing the correct frequency.
GPS signal quite often is suddenly lost and only restart fixes it.

kostazl About #3, I don't really use AA in the Dudu but I did use it with my OEM unit, and I had to turn the volume up or down whenever I heard a navigation notification. There was no other setting anywhere to do it. AA is literally your phone being projected to the head unit so it kinda makes sense.

Regarding the issues you mentioned:

Running Waze in Picture-in-Picture mode consumes significant resources because Waze was developed for full-screen operation on phones and doesn't account for windowed mode. Google Maps, however, is optimized for all scenarios, allowing seamless layout changes between full-screen and PIP. This also depends on your DUDU4's RAM capacity, as PIP is quite resource-intensive.
By default, navigation voice prompts can lower media volume, though I didn't fully understand your point here.
If the bottom navigation bar seems too small, enable zoom mode: Settings > Display > Zoom Mode.
You can switch to a different music player in the music plugin, then manually terminate FM's background process. After manually restarting the system, test whether it automatically launches and searches for stations upon the next boot.
For this issue, check if the GPS antenna is positioned at the optimal location and angle for strongest signal reception.

Exactly! Whenever I am hearing the navigation saying "turn left and than keep right" it must be the same sound level (as last adjusted), regardless of the main volume level. This should be adjustable through the main volume control but ONLY during the notification length. This is the case with the majority of OEM implementations.
DUDU did it quite well with the Bluetooth call, but not with navigations.

Mihail Ich habe das DUDU7 nun auch ausgebaut und mit ein neues Joying QCM6490 gekauft. Diede ganzen kleinen Fehler gehen mir auf die Nerven. Seit zwei Jahren ärgere ich mich über das Radio.

I paid as much as for a DUDU7 12+512 at the moment.
