Dafior01 welcome to my world...I have asked about this too and basically the only workaround is to use the zoom feature, which makes everything bigger, but it's really just a workaround, rather than a real solution. Overall I think DUDUOS has too much wasted space between the icons, but no way to utilize it.
I hope they will focus on this in the next big release, rather than million different widgets, which are sure nice, but usually not very usefull during driving, only maybe to check when the car is parked...
