We cordially invite passionate enthusiasts to participate in the DUDUOS International Beta Testing Program. This initiative allows power users to experience the latest innovations in in-vehicle infotainment while helping us refine the system through active feedback.
While this program brings DUDUOS to third-party hardware, the best way to experience our vision is through official DUDUAUTO hardware. If you enjoy the DUDUOS experience, we encourage you to support our continuous development by purchasing a genuine DUDUAUTO head unit, which offers the most stable and integrated performance.
🌐 Program Overview
The Beta Testing Program is completely free for international users.
- Regional & Hardware Eligibility: This program excludes mainland China. The test firmware strictly supports FYT-based 7862 and 8581 devices only. You can download and install the Activation Assistant App to automatically check if your hardware is supported.
📲 How to Apply via Activation Assistant
To streamline verification, we have launched the Activation Assistant App. Please follow these steps to join:
Step 1: Preparation and Security
- Join the Community: Join the DUDUAUTO Global Telegram Group.
- Back Up Your Data: Before proceeding, please back up all important data.
- Keep Factory Firmware: Ensure you have a copy of your device's original factory firmware. This is crucial for recovery if the system becomes unstable or if you wish to perform a factory reset.
Step 2: Using the Activation Assistant App
Install the Activation Assistant on your device and follow the prompts:
- Test Serial Number: Navigate to the "Test Serial Number" screen.
- Verification Video: Record a 10-second video using your phone, clearly displaying the serial number. We recommend recording from the back seat to include the dashboard for reference.
- Submit for Review: Send the following information to our reviewer (@DUDU_XIAO) via Telegram:
- The 10-second verification video.
- Your registration region (Country/City).
- A photo showing the device fully installed in your vehicle.
⏳ Important Notice Regarding Applications:
Due to the high volume of applicants, the review process takes time. We evaluate applications based on your activity level across different community forums and the admission criteria of your specific region.
Please be patient. If you do not receive an immediate response, please do not urge or spam the reviewer. If your application hasn't been approved after some time, you are welcome to try applying again later.
Step 3: Installation and Beta Access
Once approved, you may install the DUDUOS firmware. After installation, please enable beta updates:
- Navigate to: Settings > More features > App Store
- Enable: Beta app access permissions

- Authorized Users Only: Do not attempt to install DUDUOS before obtaining official authorization through the Activation Assistant, as this may cause your device to malfunction.
- Data Privacy: Using the Activation Assistant requires synchronizing device metadata and location information with our servers for verification purposes.
