Hi DUDU (everyone else too..)
I recently purchased a BYD Atto 3 Ultra a couple of weeks ago and have been using the 1-2 month trial of the DUDU Launcher (or DUDU Desktop Pro BYD Edition) on the vehicle's infotainment system. The trial has been extremely helpful in exploring the enhanced features and customization options, which significantly improve the user experience compared to the stock interface.
However, the trial period is proving too short for me to fully test and configure all the available functionalities. I am concerned that allowing the trial to expire may result in losing my current settings and configurations. To continue using the advanced features without interruption, I would like to upgrade and subscribe to the DUDU Pro version immediately.
I have attempted to complete the subscription payment through WeChat Pay, but the transaction was unsuccessful. I am unsure whether this is due to regional restrictions (I am based in Malaysia), account verification issues, or another limitation with the payment method.
Could you kindly provide the following information and guidance:
- The recommended steps to upgrade from the trial to the full Pro subscription directly within the app/launcher on my BYD Atto 3.
- Available payment methods for users in Malaysia (e.g., alternatives to WeChat Pay such as Alipay, credit/debit card, or other local options).
- Any troubleshooting tips for resolving WeChat Pay issues, or if a different payment gateway is preferred for international/overseas users.
- Confirmation on whether the Pro upgrade will preserve my existing trial settings and configurations.
- Details on the subscription pricing, duration options, and any promotional offers currently available.
- Other than DUDU PRO, is there any other version is the best for BYD's car?
