recently installed a Dudu Auto 7 head unit together with a Hiworld Can adapter for my Renault Master. At first, the CAN communication only worked partially. Volume up and mute were recognized, but functions like the “Vol down” button and the reverse gear signal were missing.
I then triggered the OTA update to the latest Dudu Auto 7 firmware. After the update, everything worked perfectly: reverse gear detection, volume up/down, mute – all functions were recognized correctly.
After that, I removed the head unit again for the final installation, mounted everything cleanly, and reinstalled it. Since this reinstall, the problem is back. Now only volume up and mute work, also the Door status and turn signal. The volume-down button and the reverse gear signal are no longer detected.
Has anyone experienced something similar, or does anyone know what could cause the CAN functions to fail again after reinstalling the unit?
I´ve done some factory setting reset, but it didn´t worked well.
