Language selection doesn't change the region, region selection in Dudu seems to be hardcoded (the option in the android system menu doesn't exist).
There needs to be an option for users to change the region of their device, not in the launcher settings as that is only relevant to the server that the account uses, but in the android settings of the actual device.
