Streaming an additional camera in PIP.

Is it possible to stream an AV (analog camera) in PIP mode? I want to connect a CVBS Camera to the CVBS Input and set it as a PIP on the homescreen. I just need video feed; the sound should not switch to analog. Is this possible and with what app? Thanks

is there a streaming app? my old andeoid head unit has "mediastream" there i can switch front and back camera and it can handle PIP
