rdavis2605 I have a 2012 Mustang and the dash kit that came with the DuDu7 will not dim the lights when I use the dash light diming switch. I see no setting in the unit to dim the dash kit lights. Any one have any suggestions on what to do to fix this. The lights are too bright at night in the dash kit.

rdavis2605 The dash lights will dim with the headlight control but does not effect the dash kit lights. The canbus that came with the dudu7 radio was Simple Soft RP3-FD-D12 P/N K0090
rdavis2605 Have have added a picture of the dimmer control on my vehicle. It does control the dash lights with no problem. I also added a picture of the Mekede DUDU7 radio I brought and installed.
rdavis2605 All of the dash kit temp, volume and seek scan will not dim. It is very bright at night and distracting.
rdavis2605 I am using the ultra dark mode. It does change anything with the bright blue lights on the lower section of the dash kit. As I stated before. The dash kit does no dim down with anything I do. All of the setup from the car to the dash kit runs though the can bus. Dash light control will dim the instrument cluster but not the dash kit. Is there a fix?
rdavis2605 Dash kit i what the DuDu7 is mounted into to. That is what it has been referred to by people I have been trying to get concerns with the radio I brought from Mekede. The lights in the lower section that turn blue around the volume control and lights up the back ground that controls the HVAC system and seek scan and hot to cold temperature. The lights stay bright and will not dim down with the car dimmer control that turns down the lights in the dash. I have attached a picture of were the part that I am trying to get help with. Can the lights be fixed to work with the car dimmer control? The section I have circled is were the controls are so bright.
Marcelh dudu-lai are you able to help with dash kits? I see you’re active on the forum so I’d thought I would ask. I have a 2015 jeep grand Cherokee but can’t find a dash kit that will work. I already have the canbus
