iPhone tethering - authoritative guide???

I have searched for and been unable to find an authoritative step-by-step guide to consistently tether my iphone 16 to my dudu7 running the latest OS.

Among other problems:

Dudu Native hotspot initializes automatically and repeatedly, disabling established connecting to the iphone hotspot.
If connected to USB port for charging, iPhone wifi hotspot disabled.
No iPhone tethering via USB (the option in the settings is disabled)
Seems sequence dependent (disabling carlink/carplay>disabling native hotspot>disconnecting bluetooth connection to phone>enabling WiFi>selecting iphone hotspot
Even in event proper sequence is enabled, the connection remains unstable, with the aforementioned Dudu7 hotspot turning on independently

What I am looking for is:
1) disabled CarPlay connection to avoid WiFi conflict
2) initialize the Dudu7,
3) automatically connect via bluetooth to Dudu7,
4) set off an iPhone shortcut to enable hotspot when EITHER USB or BLUETOOTH connection established,
5) then auto-connect to the iPhone hotspot.
6) If tethered via bluetooth, to not have that disabled by plugging in my phone to Dudu USB port

I would also like to permanently disable to Dudu7 hotspot function as I will always depend on iPhone hotspot for wireless data.

Is there a guide on how to make this reality? The fact that this thing is not doing the same thing everytime I start the car is maddening.

My question is exactly as stated: is there a step by step guide for establishing a consistent tethering between iPhone hotspot and dudu7?

There should be a simple document that provides iOS devices with clear setup instructions. Having to wade through a huge volume of individual threads - often with conflicting information - is infuriating.

If we break it into discrete questions:

How do I permanently disable the native Dudu7 hotspot function, as I will never have a SIM on this device and the function seems to only disrupt other connectivity.
Why does connecting the iPhone to the Dudu7 over USB disable the Bluetooth connection?
How do I enable USB tethering to iPhone hotspot when the option in Settings is greyed out?

1-DUDU7's native hotspot cannot be permanently disabled; it is controlled by a switch and also serves as the communication method for establishing wireless CarPlay and Android Auto connections. If you use it, Wi-Fi will be disabled.
2- If Bluetooth is disabled after connecting your iPhone to DUDU7 via USB, it indicates you're already connected to CarPlay. Bluetooth connections are not permitted while CarPlay is active.
3- USB tethering is a feature on your iPhone. DUDU7 only needs to enable iPhone network sharing in Factory Settings > USB Menu. When connecting the cable for the first time, your iPhone will prompt for authorization—simply agree.
