Allow system wallpaper modify

THE CURRENT DUDUOS DOES NOT ALLOW MODIFY TO THE SYSTEM WALLPAPER.

Even if i modify it, it will be forcibly rewritten when the unit is started (regardless of sleep or shutdown).

It is important for users who have the option to use third-party launchers (such as Nova Launcher and Microsoft Launcher) to suit their lifestyle to be allowed to modify system wallpapers (otherwise, we have no choice but to continue using wallpapers with the black DUDUOS logo)

This function enhancement request was created based on @DUDU-Meng 's request.

I would like to add my support for this. I also use another launcher (Nova) alongside DUDU to give a page full of my Google navigation shortcut widgets (which I couldn't find a way to do within DUDU) and it always has the DUDU wallpaper forced on it. Also I set up a really nice clean analogue clock widget Nova page which was spoiled by having the DUDU logo peering out from behind it.

I would also like a way for this to work as expected. I don't understand why the wallpaper has to be reset every time when the unit starts up. Please put a fix for this because the stock launcher is not very customizable. I would prefer not locking things down on an Android device and allowing users to customize it the way they want.
