Bluetoohth connection problems with no smartphone devices

Hello,
I'm having Bluetooth connection problems with a new DUDU 7 device.

My Dometic cool box won't connect to the Dometic app. It works perfectly fine on my smartphone.
To control my electric seats, I use a control box with an app. This ECU controls all functions such as seat heating, cooling, and seat adjustment.
There are no problems with this on my smartphone.

With the Dudu 7, it's a gamble whether a connection to this control box is established or not.

When you use Dometic to search for the cooler's Bluetooth, it shows up but won't connect, correct?
When initiating the connection, did the phone disconnect its Bluetooth link?
If the operation is normal but it still won't connect, that could be a bit tricky since it involves device debugging.

Yes, that's correct. The Dometic is recognized in the app but not connected.

The smartphone is not in the vehicle.

And what about the seat control unit?

It often works, but after two hours in the car, when I try to turn on the seat heating or cooling, no connection is established. Even though a connection was established before.

I've also noticed that the Mi Thermometer isn't connecting either. The batteries are fully charged, and the correct device is selected.

Did you plug in the F-area connector during installation? This is the standard reverse camera interface. However, the system's built-in Bluetooth antenna is connected here via a 3-centimeter short cable—it serves as the antenna for both the built-in Bluetooth and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
