Dudu Auto 2k adas DVR issues

Hi folks . Have a dudu 7 headunit (new) and installed the DVR .
I can see the image on the screen but no recording is happening.
Use a 128gb scandisk extreme pro and also changed them as I though one might be faulty but the second is the same.
The DVR has a red light permanent on
There is no recoding on the card and also no recording is visible on the headunit.
Deinstalled the software and reinstalled but did not do anything .
Any help would be much appreciated .

Schnipp I also tried now a different card same brand scandisk extreme pro with 258gb same issue

unfortunately I can not format 128 or 258gb as the system says it is too large to format into FAT32
Is there another way to do this?

This software can be used to format the FAT32 file system.

That worked and the DVR is also recording now

Can't you format it using the formatting function within the DVR app?
