Mazda 3 BL 2015 Reverse gear does not lower music volume and no door status

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue with my Android head unit in my Mazda 3 BL from 2010 and I hope someone here might have an idea.

When I shift into reverse, the music does not get quieter, even though this should happen automatically. I am using a Raize Canbus and all settings look correct so far.

Additionally, the door status is not shown at all, no matter what option I select.

Does anyone know what could cause this? Are there any known issues with the Mazda 3 BL and the Raize Canbus, or is there something specific I need to adjust in the duduauto menu?

Please turn on this switch and adjust the mix ratio value to reduce the volume of the internal sound.

After turning on the switch, you can adjust the bottom value to a smaller or larger setting to test the changes in reverse pressure.
