How to turn DUDUAUTO7 into a real phone?

Since DUDUAUTO7 has a problem with Bluetooth connectivity, let me explain in detail.
The system can automatically connect only to the last paired phone.
If another phone was previously connected, that second phone has to reconnect manually via the menu, because DUDUAUTO7 cannot automatically detect which phone is currently nearby.
I hope this issue has been fixed in the latest firmware updates, as I’ve read on the forum that many users are unhappy with this limitation.

I came up with an idea.
Since I have installed a SIM card, and the device now has its own phone number and mobile internet, I thought —
why not turn DUDUAUTO7 into a fully functional phone?

My question is:
what should I install on DUDUAUTO7 so that I can make and receive calls from other users?
Please provide a list of applications required to make this idea work.

DUDU7 is an IoT device, not a mobile communication device. While regulations prohibit the use of calling functions, the hardware supports it. You may install dialing and messaging apps to enable outgoing calls and text messaging.
The manufacturer does not provide technical support for this functionality.

Do I understand correctly that if I install certain APKs, I’ll be able to make calls?

SPOL2706 No. It requires much more work with apps inside FYT ecosystem.

There was a time it was possible to make calls via Google Telephone app but i think it is not possible anymore.

JhonnyD I think it was working only with Google Calls, or whatever their virtual mobile service is called - this is not available pretty much outside the US.
