360 cam hooked up, but no cameras show anything

Hey all! 2 things I need help with.

Got the 360 cameras hooked up using the supplied cables for the 360 cam. ( not AV cables, ) However when I put in reverse, the screen pops up with the lines, but i dont see anything. What am I doing wrong ? Does the white wire attached near the camera need to be tapped into a wire on the car? None of the cameras show anything. Is there a setting that needed to be changed?

The harness is plugged in the proper slot and everytbjnf is connected .

And number 2, with the AC on my 2019 honda civic, I can change the fan speed on the screen but when I touch the temperature up and down buttons, nothing changes. I can still change it with the cars hard buttons, and that change shows on the screen, but it wont let me change the temp on screen. Also, the heated seat buttons on the screen dont seem to work either.

Fixed it. Had to go into factory settings , enter the code 108, and then switch to 360 cam. Hope this helps at least someone.

Now for the AC issue on the touch screen haha

The OEM screen only supports AC, wind direction, and wind speed control.
The same applies after replacing the DUDU device, depending on whether the OEM screen can do this.

dudu-lai OH ok, I understand. Maybe one day it will be able to change the temperature on the screen and turn on the heated seats, that will be cool.
