Dudu Remote keeps disconnecting

Skillzo1 ok so this keeps happening. Dudu radio finds the bluetooth connection but it says disconnected. If i pull the battery the radio does not find the bluetooth connection, but when i insert the battery it does find it. After finding it, it still says disconnected.

At no point does my phone ever see it under bluetooth devices if i search.

Skillzo1 Has this Bluetooth remote control never connected successfully?
Have you connected any other devices to this Bluetooth remote control? Like a phone?
If other devices have connected to it, then the remote control will connect automatically once batteries are inserted. That's why DUDU can't connect successfully.

DUDU-Meng yes it has connected to the radio before. It was working fine until my initial post. Now sometimes it works and connects and sometimes it does not.

No i never had it connected to any other device besides the radio.

What is the current system version?

DUDU-Meng i dont know if it started happening after update, i cant remember. Alls i know is it was working fine for a long time. And then this started happening.

So i purchased another new dudu remote. The same thing keeps happening. It seems to be a radio issue. Even wh3n the radio sees the dudu remote it will not connect. My phone also can see the remote. But i do not connect thru my phone.

I thought this remote is suppose to work perfectly with this radio. The remote does not work half the time. I would like the issue resolved but it seems you have given up on the matter.

DUDU-Meng If I use dudu's 360 camera kit, do I need to plug in this cable? Because it seems my problem is similar: intermittent Bluetooth connection

Is there absolutely no way to connect successfully?

DUDU-Meng no when its not connect ing itself it doesnt want to connect any way. Its completely random when it wants to work and when it doesnt. When its not connecting nothing gets it to connect. Even when its finds the remote. It still wont connect. Then i can turn on the car the jext day and itll work fine.

I should have to jump thru hoops to get it to work either. It shouls just work. Its your radio and remote. It should easily work the best and flawlessly since its both dudu products.

Please update to the latest version and try again. If the issue persists, go to Settings > Developer Options and enable Bluetooth Debugging > SWC Debugging. A floating print log will appear in the top-left corner. Please record a video of the unsuccessful connection process and upload it. Thank you.
