  • Canbus not working correctly

I have a Volkswagen Amarok I am testing the headunit in. There are no CanBus options for this vehicle.

Is it possible to have this included?

Below are the current canbus settings I am using. The canbus box is labeled Raise

Some functions appear to be working. I have the dual zone climate control working, but it is 2 degrees different on the head unit compared to the car. Other climate control settings are working fine.

Door open notifications aren't working either. I haven't tested the parking sensors yet.

    The CANBUS options are different for these two platforms!

        It's an MQB connector on the factory head unit.

        I am testing the DUDU as a replacement for an older generation Android head unit. The RAISE canbus adaptor for that unit worked fine with doors, parking sensors and climate control. The same adaptor isn't working correctly with all functions on the DUDU7

        Key things not working
        -opening doors
        -parking sensors
        -temperature for climate control reads 2deg lower than what it's set to

        Solved, under model I found PQ and the Canbus system is now reporting correctly.

        Now onto troubleshooting OBD on the Volkswagen.

          dudu-lai , I am facing similar issues with OBD. Dudu7 seems to be talking to our ELM327 BT OBD adapter, but it's not connecting to the ECU. Volkswagen ECU doesn't seem to use standard OBD protocols.

          Using the Car Scanner app on iPhone, I need to select an MQB PQ26 profile. Is this supported in DUDU7 or if not, is it likely to be integrated?
