At initial power on I only had the bottom navbar visible. I ran some OTA updates and all of a sudden the top one appeared.
I found the setting to include both, or just the bottom. It was set to bottom only. I set it to both, then back to bottom only, with a reboot in-between, but the top bar still remains.
It looks messy, how do I get rid of it.

I worked this out. Yes, it is supposed to be there. What confused me, is if you go into an app, it disappears.
