DUDU7 performance issue: slow reaction when reversing or signaling

I bought a DUDU7 and installed DUDU OS 3.6e.
It has 8 GB of RAM and a 128 GB drive.
But honestly, it feels sluggish.

When I put the car in reverse and turn the steering wheel, the camera view reacts way too slowly — the steering movement lags badly on the screen.
Also, even after I turn the blinker off, the signal indicator on the screen keeps flashing for a while.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

zwish check what apps are running, probably one of the apps is taking all CPU computing power. I've got same specs and reverse camera turns on below half a second and there is virtually no lag. Same for lights icons - takes milliseconds to turn them on / off (although I have my own diy canbox).
