Dudu 360 degree cameras questions about installation

Hello

I am interested in Dudu's 360-degree cameras but have questions about the installation.

I always see videos where the cameras are installed in the side mirrors by drilling the hole and then using a kind of water tank rod to pull the curve.

I'm attaching a picture because I don't know if you understand me. The question is, do I need this tool as shown and marked in the picture to install the Dudu cameras in the side mirrors? Or can I do it without the tool?

No, You don't need it.
In dudu cameras set are 2 set of rubber "nuts" - 1set of flat and 2nd set of angeled - they are useful for compensate some angel of mirror body.
But the main thing - cameras are very fish-eye (wide-wide-wide angle), so they don't need very precise horizontal mount surface.

What is the image quality of the cameras?

I have now installed a rear view camera, is this no longer necessary?

Blackbandt I don't know about model your rear camera. For 360 view You need 4 cameras. Maybe Your rear camera will compatible with it, or maybe not. But 360 cameras are sold in set of 4pts, so... 🙂
