DUDU 5 and DUDU camera

I already have an aftermarket reverse camera installed but I wanted to change it to a Dudu camera. I noticed that the cable that comes with it is different from the usual one.

Do I have to rerun the cable through the car or can I use the one that I already run?
Can I just swap camera and leave the cable there?
