Kia CEED JD (2012-2018) installation

Hello,

I'm looking at purchasing a DUDU 7 head unit for my Kia CEED JD.
The head unit model I'm looking at is this Mekede DUDU7 and I have a couple of question regarding the installation.

Since my car is already equiped with reverse camera, microphone and radio/GPS antenna, can I use these and connect them to DUDU head unit? I'm particullary interested in reusing the reverse camera and microphone since I have no intention in ripping the old cables and camera/microphone out and installing new ones just for fun.
I have been looking at Mekede listing on Aliexpress, but I can't seem to figure out if the head unit will come with the dashboad plate/frame. There is no mention of it anywhere. Is this something i need to purchase separatelly?

1: You can use the original camera and radio cable, but not the original GPS antenna or microphone (this device has a built-in microphone).
2: For frames and cables, please contact DUDU sales staff on the AliExpress website.

to follow up on your answer:
why won't I be able to use GPS or mic?
looking at product info on aliexpress, i see that the head unit comes with mic and gps atenna.
can't i just splice the current mic/gps (installed in the car) connections on those cables?
mic is just 2 wires on a 3.5 jack and gps looks like a SMA connector, also 2 wires. that looks like a 5 minute soldering job.

j0el The interfaces are not consistent, so it cannot be used. And the welding you mentioned is not part of the standard installation.
