MartyC I have the same problem with a brand new install. Purchased head unit and 360 cameras from dudauto store on AliExpress. I have been communicating with customer support but so far all suggested fixes have not worked. I'm now waiting for an engineer to review the issue. Significantly the lens type available via the menu has neither the 307 model or the 662 option which I purchased. I'm guessing this is likely the cause of the issue but don't know how to download a new driver (if that's the correct term) list so that I can select a 662 option. Any thoughts?
MartyC I think I recall seeing one one of the forums that if you get a qr code when you go to device information in the 360 app then the firmware has not been activated. Is that correct?
