Text and Buttons size

Hi there,
i am new using a dudu7 10inch device and wonder how to get a good driving experience. I like to adjust the text and buttons sizes much bigger than it seems to be easy possible. In Android settings i found the text size which i set to maximum, but it is still very small in the widgets from all modes (full screen, minimalist mode, infinite mode etc.) As i know it from other AOSP installations it is not that restricted.

Somebody there have the same experience? Any ideas how to make it readable and touchable during driving?

Two primary layouts are available: Standard Layout and Minimal Mode, along with the experimental Boundless Mode.

I think all three modes are restricted in Text and button size, i already played around with these. Now, i am thinking about to exchange the dudu launcher to another one or any other option to get rid of text and button size limitations. I hope you can lead me to this possibility.
Please dont understand me wrong. I very much like the dudu launcher styles, they are clean, fresh and with the best functionality so far what i have experienced.
AND: They are most useful in breaks from driving and young finger artists with sharp eyes during driving. So here is the point. I have big fingers and my eyes are somewhat aged already. Under these circumstances the design as it is right now is not save to drive.
I guess you restrict the underlaying android in text and button size to not break your beautiful design. I could request a feature for a fourth mode beside minimalist, standard and boundless which addresses the pure read and usability during driving if this is not impossible because it will break the other designs.

I'm sorry, but that's how UI design works. Font size is one of the elements involved, and changing it would alter the entire UI layout.

I got this some posts ago. What is the solution to my problem? A different launcher? A different os? A different machine? What is the minimum stepback for me to get a solution?

sleis on dudu you can't change the UI scale, neither font scale etc. There is no solution, other than other launcher.

Thanks Mike, just because i don't know if even a different launcher helps i was asking. I am fear because its restricted already in the android settings that also a different launcher will not solve my problem.
