I've finished installing the 360 cameras, but am only getting a black screen on the DUDU 360 app. I have a Dudu7 8/128, so the 360 IC should be built-in, and following suggestions on the forum that it might be a faulty camera I have tried removing all the cameras and adding back individual ones, followed by removing all the leads and adding back individual ones, as well as re-seating the connector block back into the unit etc, all with no success.
Is there a way to double-check that the IC is present? The model parameters in the settings do confirm that the unit is a CPU UIS7870 8-core + DSP7739 with 8G RAM and 128G ROM, which matches what I expected, and I didn't think any of the Dudu7 8/128s would be missing the IC.
The cameras are official DUDU ones, bought from the DUDUAUTO Global AliExpress Store at the same time as the head unit.
Is there some other configuration step I should be taking to enable them?
