DUDU OBD cannot stay connected to DUDU7

Having the newest DUDU OS (beta version I assume - with beta infinity mode etc) and Bluetooth FW I thought that maybe I will buy DUDU OBD device instead of going with some random ELM (that worked fine but I assumed DUDU's own OBD will be even better and faster). I have huge issues with it constantly disconnecting and connecting - it just cannot stay connected for even a few seconds. ELM OBD does not have this issue, works fine for a few months now and stays connected, connects very fast after turning on my DUDU7. DUDU OBD needs solid 60 seconds to connect to DUDU7 and disconnects constantly. Is there any solution or bugfix for that? Shouldn't DUDU OBD be superior to every other OBD devices when we try to use it with DUDU7?

There should be several versions of DUDU OBD available. You can test their stability by connecting and testing them using options like ELM in the OBD settings.

I agree with the writer's experience. I'm experiencing the same symptoms and am considering returning the DUDU OBD product I purchased.
I own a Korean Grandeur and a Sonata, and I've connected the DUDU OBD to both vehicles, but it's failing to load data and is incompatible. The ELM OBD I was using previously works fine.

Appeared just after your post about new products. Got it with ambient lights and new 360 cameras.

And it works beautifully. Went back to using it till you solve problem with your new hardware compatibility. Let me know if you will work on it.

DUDU-Meng Everything is plugged correctly, every other BT device works fine. It is just about this one device, so I doubt issue is on the DUDU7's side. I would assume it is something about integration with this specific DUDU OBD device (which is new, so could be not tested "in field" properly yet). Trouble said he is experiencing the same thing, so it is not just me. On Aliexpress this product has 3.7 stars, so something is not right.

Are you referring to disconnecting in Settings > External Devices > OBD Disconnect and Connect?

DUDU-Meng Yes, I can see your OBD's status in External Devices changing to connected and disconnected every few seconds. And on little icon in a header of the main screen (minimalist mode) showing me status for devices (adas, TPMS, OBD) - it literally blinks from white (all connected) to red (something is not connected) every few seconds and it is about your OBD.

EDIT: To show you the interval - it does not disconnect for a millisecond or so. It stays disconnected for a solid few seconds, then connects and is connected for another few seconds, disconnects again etc etc.

EDIT2: And yes, when choosing OBD type to connect I choose new DUDU bluetooth wireless obd 2025

The Bluetooth peripheral utilizes the built-in integrated Bluetooth module. It requires an antenna, which is connected via a 3-centimeter short cable to the standard reverse camera connector in the F-area of the rear panel. Do you have a 360-degree panoramic system installed? After installing the 360-degree camera, is this standard reverse camera connector in the F-area plugged in?
