dmitriilesniak Try replacing the Raise CANBUS box. This may solve the problem.

So far I did not see a single RAIZE CANbus decoder being dual-functioning with regard to VAG CANbus functions. It reads airco data but can't change it apart from on/off. It does not have steering wheel or chair heating options.
Also the vehicle info for VAG cars is limited.
There is no help for you, as the CANbus decoders simply do not support it.
