Sleep mode options

Can I recommend that you allow in the future updates to the DUDU7 operating system to include a modification to that setting. It would help a lot if there can be also an option for SLEEP mode to change automatically to SHUTDOWN mode if the car battery voltage falls below a certain voltage value. I hope there can be an option like so that the user can choose the battery voltage value from which the DUDU7 knows to switch from SLEEP to SHUTDOWN mode. Also to allow the DUDU7 unit to switch from SLEEP MODE to SHUTDOWN mode after 24 hours instead of 72 hours. That would benefit the car battery from dying in a day.

yulayli Hey, mate! I know it might be unit or car dependent, but if it helps I’ve looked into this and I found the following current draw:

First 20 seconds after ignition off the unit draws between 0.6-0.8A.
After 20 seconds it falls to 0.002 and stays there until next ignition on cycle with no fluctuations.

Assuming everything else is healthy with your car, this draw will take around 7-9 months alone to drain a 50Ah battery.

My car has around 0.02-0.03A draw when off and on a 70Ah battery it will take around 3 months to make it completely flat.

Was not able to test after how long the HU turns completely off, but with this draw in sleep mode you are more than safe.

You don't need to worry too much about this issue; the MCU already has a complete set of sleep logic.
The maximum sleep duration will not exceed 70 hours.
During sleep, if the battery level falls below the threshold, the device will automatically shut down.
