As explained in the other thread, several users are missing the previous setting to overlay apps that allowed to automatically have the navbar disappear when reversin the car. I understand that you mention issues to some users if this function was reintroduced, but I think that as an option it would be great to have.
I think almost everybody agrees with me that when reversing the car, anything other than the rear camera view is disturbing. Especially on small screens like mine with 9,5 inches.
