Backup camera

Hello I just did the new update and now the backup camera stays on in every gear except park,would this be caused by the new update or is it something else?

Marv2525 when the car is in park ( P) is the only time the backup camera is off, -R -N -D -1 -2- the backup camera stays on

It won't let me post a video a 2sec video says it's to big and don't know any other way to send a video

Marv2525 try go to Vehicle, factory settings, other settings, check if the Rear Camera Always On

I'm very sure that I have seen a setting for the backup camera somewhere, the setting says reverse cam always on, I can go outside to my car and try to find that setting

Janebo yes I saw that but it's off, do you know if there is a delay setting for this. Just trying to figure it out, I don't think it could be the connector but I will check after work

Marv2525 ok, have you checked your Canbus setting after the update?.. still the correct setting for your car?

Janebo ok well for no reason it started working the right way when I went to lunch it started working again. And it's not like I didnt try everything I could I reset it and and looked at forms and for no reason it works fine but I appreciate the help thank you

Marv2525 Has this issue been resolved?
If not, open the App Store and update to the latest beta version.
You'll need to enable beta software reception beforehand in Settings > More > App Store.

DUDU-Meng yes it has resolved it's self but before it was resolved I reset the headunit and checked if the switch for the power always on, and it was off. The next day at work went to lunch and it started working fine. Also thank you for all your help with this head unit, this is the best head unit I've seen and used in 20yrs thank you for all you and your crew do! Dudu7 top of the line product
