Thank you so much for your response, I also got some support from the team via Aliexpress, they helped me select harness adapters that I needed for my car.
I ended up going for the 11.5" model with harness and canbus adapter, so far, pretty much everything is working well, with some exceptions and minor gripes.
I have the factory AMP working (just needed to splice the AMP cables together), I also have the reversing and 360º camera working (only in reversing mode though I can't view the camera any other way except when I shift into reverse), GPS, data, wifi and bluetooth work great!
But! My SWC aren't currently working, and I believe it must be due to the Canbus settings not being correct (as I don't have any vehicle info either), as I can't find my car Model in the settings or something similar, I will attach the system info and a picture of the canbus box to see if anyone can help me out with this dudu-lai.

TL;DR: swc aren't working, and don't know which canbus configuration to use for the provided adapter. Would be nice to access rear view / 360 camera at anytime, not only while reversing.
