benzol I have the same problem with the sim card, the card is 5G internet with 100mb maximum speed, the range is at maximum, but I can't download anything through it, I can only use the internet with a wifi hotspot. It's about Europe
RedCar benzol I had same problem. HU connected to the mobile network but no internet access. Solved this by setting the APN correctly. Therefor in settings mobile network you have to change under APN the name and APN. The name can be anything you want. The APN has to be changed to Internet. Don't forget to save these changes. After I made the changes in my DUDU7 internet was accessable.
