Files app sort order

Hi guys!

In the "Files" application the sort ordering method is not the best. The problem is the same as it was with the "Multimedia" app. See: https://forum.dudu-auto.com/d/2113-built-in-multimedia-app-full-utf-8-suport

Please implement the same Natural Language Sorting method from the "Multimedia" app in the "Files" app also.

File app version is: 2.1012717

And before you ask for test data here you have it. But honestly you can also generate any test data for yourself. 😉

And again. I think all you have to do is to implement the same Natural Language Sorting method from the "Multimedia" app as there it work now perfekt.
