Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid 2018 - Installation

Hi, I am installing Dudu7 to my Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid 2018 (with bird view). I think I figured out how to install it, but I have two issues. First, I don't see rear camera when reverse is selected (the screen switch, but no video image). Second, when canbus is fully plugged in, it is working, but BT phone screen and bot with message "Hello, how can I help you" still appearing repeatedly on screen, If I unplug from head unit small white wire coming from canbus it stops, but the canbus is not working of course. The canbus is RZ-FT02 and I selected Raise - Rav4 - 2012-2018. Thanks.

Btw. this cable from car was plugged in the original car head unit. Now it is unplugged as there is no place to plug it in the Dudu 7.

WisdomX That one is your USB connector. In it you must connect the last adapter from @dudu-lai picture. It needs to be connected to the 4pin connector on the headunit. So you have your dashboard USB working. Like DUDU Lai says check your connectors for bent pins.

Thank you both for the help. It was one bent pin, which caused both problems - no camera video and also phone screen reappearing. Regarding the dashboard USB - that 4P cable has USB slot on the other end, so I cannot connect the car cable to that. Or maybe I don't understand how to do that. Anyway, it is not a big deal, I am not using it, so having 3 USBs in the tray is enough for me. Thanks a lot again and please frogive me being stupid and not checking the pins.

WisdomX You should have an adapter in the box for this. Search a little bit better. Contact your seller if you don't have it. You can easily find it on AliExpress. It should look like this.

WisdomX Be careful. Toyota has two type of connectors for the USB. Check with the seller before ordering. They look the same but inside they are different.

One more question - for canbus, I selected Raise-RAV4-2013-2018. I don't see there hybrid version. It is wroking with this, but not everthing. For example I don't see Energy Flow in the Vehicle details. Also Air Condition only show values but cannot control it. Maybe I have to select different model or even different car brand and model? Or did I selected it correctly and this is just what I can have? Thanks.

WisdomX Try to select a newer year and check if the energy flow appears. I have Corolla Hybrid and selected RAV4 as a protocol. And everything is OK with the energy flow. About the AC panel. As long as you have physical buttons why to use that one. I disabled the AC panel from the start
