No voltage? What about between g1 and g2 is there voltage?

Cuoresportivo yes, +12V, but the ACC signal is not there... so I assume it's the wrong box.

Do you know which one is the right one? Or how to find it? Maybe Hiworld ftf1.20

I'm not really sure.
There is onother person with ducato on forum who successfully install with that simplesoft box. Maybe it's faulty.
Do you have something plugged in obd2 port?
My car is using same simplesoft rp5-ft-002 and it doesn't work if i have something plugged in obd2 port.

I don't have anything in OBD2.

There are apparently difficulties with the model from 2021+ of the Ducato...

But in this topic it's mostly about older ducatos, 2019 and older.
Maybe they changed something on newer one.

Hi Have you had any luck yet? I have a 2025 Peugeot Boxer - same problem.
I have enabled the headunit to start by snipping the red ACC wire and connecting it to car 12v.

I'm about to buy Hiworld FTF1.20 to try it. It states Ducato 2021 to present.

RP5-FT-002 only compatible with Ducato to 2020
Hiworld FTF1.20 compatible with all up o 2024. Have bought one. Due to arrive Sept 19th ish. Will let you know if it works or not.

Thank you, I can meanwhile confirm that the RP5-FT-002 does not work with Ducato 2021+. But Hiworld FTF1.20 works.

bonjour, je viens de recevoir mon DUDU7 et j'ai bien précisé que j'allais l'installer sur un DUCATO 2024 et ils m'ont pourtant fourni un RP5-FT-002. Je vais tenter de les contacter. Mais pour le moment, je recherche de l'assistance pour assurer le branchement des différents câblages sur le Ducato.

Same happened to me. I suspect support don't know.
FTF1.20 works for me.
Power, reverse, and doors open work. Extra data in vehicle info.
Mic on steering wheel activates voice command.
I don't have any other steering wheel controls or climate control.
I'll post a link to the one I bought.

Hey everyone, I’m jumping into this thread because I’m having the same issue with the 2024 Fiat Ducato Rapido.

The SimpleSoft RP5‑FT‑002 CANBus doesn’t cause CarPlay to light up at all. It seems it was a wrong choice of CANBus. Well, mistakes happen!

So to correct that, would the Hiworld FTF1.20 be the right choice? Could anyone with my vehicle model confirm this for me?
And where can I get this CANBus with the proper ISO wiring harness?

Ftf1.20 works on my Peugeot Boxer 2025. Link to the one I bought above.
I got the iso harness with the Dudu7 11.5" from mekede-mall website. Spoke with very helpful support over WhatsApp. They also sent the correct fascia adapters.
