Carlink 2.0 Startup Brightness

Hi. Is there a way to have Carlink connection screen follow the rest of the system brightness?
I have Carlink set to start when I start the car, and at night I get blinded until it connects to my phone.
Also I've noticed that it does not respect the brightness timeout like the rest of the system. (I have mine set at 10 seconds so tunnels are not annoying)

Did you update the system to the latest version?
I had the same problem, but I Think it disappeared when I Updated to version 3.6E (250729)

“Waiting for the device to connect” screen is always just solid white for me. Do you have it following OS theme?

And the setting I’m talking about is Display & Theme > advanced > Daylight detection delay.
OS theme delays properly, but CarPlay switches immediately.

Please update to the latest version. There is a new 20250823. You might need to download 20250820 first and then 20250823. OTA updates are always sequential and not bundled.

Yes it's still white, but with a dim backlight following the one from DuduOS.
My setting to switch between themes is "mixed"

Oh good. Didn't notice there was an update.
Updated to 20250823, but no changes with the issues I was talking about. Still the same.

Are you referring to the interface before carlink2.0 was connected? Currently, this is the only interface available. It does not yet support day and night modes.

Sorry, my mistake. The launching screen is white, though it seems the back light is dim

DUDU-Meng Who is developper of Carlink 2.0 ? Perhaps we could contact him to just modify color of startup screen. White to dark grey for example. For a future update. No need to support day/night theme

The current Carlink app only offers one theme and does not support switching between dark and light modes.

Is it possible that dudu or we can contact the carlink developer? Its is extremely bright no matter what we do. Its blinding bright.

Yes, it is just the startup screen. Grey or black. No need to have a special function with themes. Just a color change...
