I purchased a Dudu6 and it came with a Hiworld BZ11.20 CANBUS Decoder, which I think it's the correct one for my Mercedes Viano 2013.
The radio works fine but it doesn´t show any information of the car (open doors, speed, etc) and more importantly it cannot be controlled with the SWC. There is no way to make it work.
In settings I set the CANBUS as HIWORLD--> Benz --> B200 --> Viano , and I have also tried with Vito, but with no results.
I don't know whether the Key1 and Key2 cables that are disconnected in the cable pack that enters the Power Supply connection in the radio have anything to do or whether my CANBUS decoder is no the correct one or whether I am missing something.
I would appreciate any help.
