Destructive installation of Dudu 7

First of all! specs.

Dudu 7 8gb 128gb storage
No 360 chip
Hyundai i20 2016
The car came with Navi and already had an after market tablet
Ainavi P48E DSP AMP

today we have in our hands the dudu 7 8gb 128gb for my car.
The car had already a multimedia screen installed. And since i have the car over a year now i went to upgrade my Multimedia experience.

And as soon started my installation everything went from good to worse...

the first problem was the screen although the 2K resolution is awesome for some reason it had those weird yellow spots keep in mind everything has been purchased through AliExpress but it was packaged well I don't see why the screen has to be damaged but we don't mind that.
although the multimedia screen doesn't have my specific car model I chose a different car and the controls worked correctly for a while but after working with the screen for about 1 day the controls started acting weird for example I pressed the volume button once and the volume May increase 5 to 10 levels and as of today the controls don't work at all ( Still waiting from Aliexpress shop to tell me what is going on)
things are getting better and better because yesterday for some reason when I turned on the lights I started hearing ground look noise on my speakers this was not present at all with my old multimedia screen and I don't think the car just randomly started breaking down because I have neither gone out to do any kind of service Beyond changing the multimedia screen everything started after that..

right now I have changed the multimedia screen for my old one of course. as it seems the canbus system is fried the controls don't work and the ground Loop noise didn't stop after the installation of my old multimedia...

so in summary everything is fine (No its not...)

Hello, I'm having a great day.

1: The dots in the lower right corner of the screen appear to be caused by overtightening the screws on the back. Would loosening the screws help?

2: What did your old wiring harness and CANBUS look like? Do you have photos?
Is the serial port loose, preventing communication between the CANBUS and the device?

3: The audio noise could also be related to the CANBUS box. How did you connect the RCA audio cables?

Hello thank you for answering.

unfortunately it's not the screws because I tried to use the screen without them and the light bleeding stays the same.

As for thecanbus system installation is always straightforward because the cables are remained the same with the old multimedia screen so that the installation was just unplug the old one plug in the new one with the only difference being the antennas.

I'm considering to change the canbus system because it might have worked with the old screen but the new one might need something else.

but the biggest problem is that my car is not on the supported list and I'm afraid if everything will work correctly

anestismania This is caused by light leakage from the screen itself. You can contact DUDU sales for after-sales service.
You said the steering wheel buttons on this box don't work on both older devices and DUDU devices? But the sound is normal. Is the steering wheel button faulty?

dudu-lai With my old multimedia screen everything was working fine. No noise no problems with my controls nothing.

As soon as i started using the new tablet the problems started

I got the Dudu 7 via Aliexpress i send a messege to the official seler but im still waiting for an awnser what to do with the canbus or the tablet in general...

its been 2 days now.

You're saying your old device isn't working properly now either?
Or maybe you should buy a new CANBUS box.

So I don't know what happened but I opened up everything again. And the Static is gone also the canbus works now but we have the previous problem again I will increase volume by 1 via the steering wheel controls but it may go all the way to full...

So most likely is a software problem.
Not a Canbus problem
