Duduauto user disconnected （Resolved）

I bought Duduauto 4 radio less than a year ago. The server I use is Europe. Why does it say disconnected service? How can I fix it? Thank you.

Ctorrejon Hello! Try to change language în English on android settings and see if stay connected. My language was romanian and after I change to English it was ok. Is something about language.

If the installation fails, it means you have already updated your system and do not need to install this again. The new system has fixed this issue.

What language are you using? Does switching to English resolve the issue?
Which country are you in? Which server are you using?
Finally, you need to record a video of the disconnect and upload a screenshot of your system information:
Settings > About > Long-press the image with the version number in the top-left corner.

After a factory reset and changing the language to English and the server to North America, it works. However, if I change the settings to the Europe server and Spanish language, it shows "disconnected." I am in Spain. By the way, only changing the language keeps it disconnected, so it seems the problem is the European server.
