Waze no sound

Hi! I have two problems with waze. First of al it have no sound at all. It’s decreasing volume , like saying street name , but nothing can be heared. Sound mixing for waze is enabled. All app permissions are set. Second - app is freezing. As I know it is problem with internet connection, but there is SIM card installed, and in this case maybe Dudu developers can set delay for starting waze as PiP app, like 10 seconds? It’s so easy to resolve…

Are you referring to the navigation app?
If the navigation app's sound is low, you can check whether it is set as the default navigation app. Only the default navigation app can participate in mixing.

The navigation app selected in the home page navigation plugin can be the default navigation app.
Next, open Settings - Sound - Mixing Settings, turn off System Navigation Follow Desktop, and then select the navigation app you want to participate in the mix.
